It'd be very helpful if you could describe what is it that you're trying to achieve. This annotation package (genomewidesnp6Crlmm) is for internal use of the crlmm package. I'm tempted to say that the information you're looking for may be in the pd.genomewidesnp.6 package. b On 10 June 2010 09:14, emilie sohier <emilie.sohier15 at="" orange.fr=""> wrote: > Hello,my name is Emilie and i'am a bioinformatics student. > > I want to access to the data in the annotation package genomewidesnp6Crlmm but i don't know the method to do that and i don't find information about that. > > Please, could you help me? > Thanks in advance > > Emilie > > _______________________________________________ > Bioconductor mailing list > Bioconductor at stat.math.ethz.ch > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioconductor > Search the archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.informatics.conductor >
