I forgot to mention the main changes for 58 Ensembl Marts.
There is no data for Turkey. There are two new assemblies, Marmoset
and
C. elegans. Drop down lists for the different filters in marts have
been
updated (see below for more detailed information of particular
changes).
ENSEMBL GENES 58:
* Filters:
- added 'lincRNA' option in GENE, Gene type. -for human-
* Attributes:
- added 'Event Type' in Transcript Event, TRANSCRIPT EVENT, Splicing
Event
- removed 'Consequence Type' in Variations, GENE ASSOCIATED
VARIATIONS,
Gene Location and effect -this attribute will be back on 59-
- added 'HAMAP Protein Annotation' set of attributes in Features. -for
C. elegans-
ENSEMBL VARIATION 58
* Filters:
- added 'with HGMD ID(s)' option in GENERAL VARIATION FILTERS,
Variation
source.
* Attibutes:
- added 'Variation start in CDS (bp)' and 'Variation end in CDS (bp)'
in
Variation, GENE ASSOCIATED INFORMATION.
- added 'Population Genetics' set of attributes in Variation, SEQUENCE
VARIATION, Sequence Variation.
- added 'HGMD ID' option in Variation, SEQUENCE VARIATION, Variation

- added 'Bound start (bp)' and 'Bound end (bp)' in STRUCTURAL
