Similar to rangeGate() and quandrantGate(), an extra argument 'plot' is added to lymphGate() to produce plots of filter results. We thought using 'xyplot' (e.g., xyplot(`SSC-H`~`FSC-H`, dat, filter=lg$n2gate)) would be easy for the user to see the evaluation prior to adding the gate to a workflow. But since both rangeGate, quandrantGate have an option to plot the evaluation, it is a good idea to keep it consistent and let lymphGate to plot the evaluation automatically.
