Hi all, some of the last versions of Windows packages like Limma and Affy packages are developped to work with R1.9 and not R1.8.1... but where is R1.9 ? I cannot even found the develop version. Thanks Philippe

Thanks Philippe R-1.9 is what is currently known as R-devel. You can either compile it from sources - for instance by using rsync with the 'r-devel' target, or you can install the pre-built version provided by Duncan Murdoch: http://www.stats.uwo.ca/faculty/murdoch/software/r-devel/ -J

Depending on your OS, you can either go to Duncan Murdoch's website and download R-devel (which is R-1.9.0), or you can go to ftp://ftp.stat.math.ethz.ch/Software/R and download the most current sources and build yourself.
