The download script/function getBioC() is failing for windows. it either needs altering so that version numbers are included eg doing this by hand works Browse[1]> sourceUrl [1] "http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/distrib/Win32/Biobas e.zip" Browse[1]> sourceUrl <- "http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/distrib/Win32/Biobase_1. 0.zip" Browse[1]> or on the website soft links created from Biobase.zip to Biobase_1.0.zip
