Hi bioconductorians, I work with illumina plateform for methylation study. I don't understand very well what does the function "normalizeMethyLumiSet" Althought that the methylumi said "Basically, it looks at the median intensities in the methylated and unmethylated channels at very low and very high beta values and sets these medians equal".
