Dear Friends, I found an error during ChIPpeakAnno installation. Following is that error message. > biocLite("ChIPpeakAnno") Using R version 2.9.2, biocinstall version 2.4.13. Installing Bioconductor version 2.4 packages: [1] "ChIPpeakAnno" Please wait... Warning in install.packages(pkgs = pkgs, repos = repos, dependencies = dependencies, : argument 'lib' is missing: using '/home/kiradi/R/i486-pc-linux-gnu-library/2.9' Warning message: In getDependencies(pkgs, dependencies, available, lib) : package ‘ChIPpeakAnno’ is not available Required dependencies such as BiomaRt, IRanges, Limma etc have been installed, properly. So, can you please suggest what could be the solution to make it up and run? Thanking you in anticipation. Regards, Prashantha [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Prashantha, You are using old version of R and bioconductor. Could you please update to R 2.11 and Bioc 2.6, or R 2.11 and Bioc 2.7? Please let me know if you still have problem. Thanks!
