Hi BioC, A lot of yeast cross species expression data analysis exist in litterature today, is it a common procedure to process litterature for newly expressed species, let's stay in fungi for example. Is it possible to do an automated scan through databases using Bioconductor ? if yes which package allow to do that. Regards Rad [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Are you looking for public gene expression data? If so, refer to the NCBI GEO and EBI ArrayExpress databases. There are tools to examine metadata from NCBI GEO (the GEOmetadb package) and to access data from GEO (GEOquery) and ArrayExpress (ArrayExpress). If you meant something else, perhaps you can clarify what you are asking.
