Hi All, ENVISIONQuery package has just been online at the beginning of this week. I tried the examples that the authors provided in the vignette and they worked fine. The problem is that when I tried to switch from Affy2Uniprot (the worked example) to Uniprot2Affy, it didn't work. I was using the same Uniprot ID from the results that the package feed back to me from the worked example, assuming that they must be compatible. Is anyone try this package out yet and if so how do I get it to work? Thanks Yot

Hi Yot, The package manual says that Uniprot2Affy service is temporary unavailable from EnFin Encore (you can check yourself their front end at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/enfin-srv/envision/result.html ) When we contacted the Enfin Encore team with similar question, they was that at the moment they are overwhelmed with another tasks. You can contact them directly and ask to activate the service ASAP. Hope this helps.
