I have FCS3.0 files with 20 scatter and fluorescence values + Time (21 columns in total). The 20 scatter and fluorescence values are both area (e.g. SSC-A) and width (e.g. SSC-W). I want to read the -A variables + Time into a flowSet (thus, 11 columns in total). Using: read.flowSet(column.pattern="-A"), Time is not read.
