Hi, I've been looking everywhere to find a way to read in a text file that contains normalized values of different microarrays, and to convert it to a matrix so that I can plot it and continue my analysis. Thanks a lot for your help, Jamila

Just read the file in as a dataframe, read.table, then you can use data.matrix to convert to numerical data.
