Dear Friends, I have two different list of chromosome coordinates (eg. chr1:start-end) and i want to find overlapping and flanking regions between these two lists. Hence can you please suggest me is there any build in functions available through any of the packages in the bioconductor. THANKS, Ananthajitha [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
