Hello, I did normalisation on my .CEL files using the rma package. Now, do I need to have a separate file ( with probe/microRNA names and expression values (not log2 transformed)) ?? Is this is the file that I created in R called RData? What about the log2 transformed expression values? How do I check that the expression values are low? What do I do in that case? How do I check? Thank you, A.
