Hello, I have a problem to reproduce the plots from the example in chapter 5 of the tutorial: http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/2.6/bioc/vignettes/DEGseq/inst/do c/DEGseq.pdf To make sure I have the right installation, I installed bioconductor from scratch as explained here: http://www.bioconductor.org/install/ I ran the attached script and get the attached plots. Could anyone tell me why my plots are different from those in the tutorial? I am wondering if I am doing sth. wrong? Any comment would be very helpful! Thanks in advance! Sonja

Hi Sonia I have no specific answer to your question, but: - the current release of Bioconductor is 2.8, have you tried with that? - have a look at the posting guide, which recommends that you supply a simple and reproducible example of what you did, the output of sessionInfo(), and the exact error message (or otherwise, problem description) that you are getting: http://www.bioconductor.org/help/mailing-list/posting-guide/ Best wishes Wolfgang Aug/5/11 5:27 PM, Sonja Althammer scripsit:: > Hello, > I have a problem to reproduce the plots from the example in chapter 5 of the > tutorial: > http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/2.6/bioc/vignettes/DEGseq/inst/ doc/DEGseq.pdf > > To make sure I have the right installation, I installed bioconductor from > scratch as explained here: > http://www.bioconductor.org/install/ > > I ran the attached script and get the attached plots.
