Dear Bioc users, I try to install and use DEXSeq package, but no luck so far. DEXSeq asks for some unaccessible package (pasilla) and for devel version of R (14.0). Does someone know where to get pasilla package and is there any DEXSeq for R 13? Thanks in advance Sulev

you will have to use R-devel to use DEXSeq. see, for additional information on getting the devel version http://stat.ethz.ch/R-manual/R-devel/doc/manual/R-admin.html#Getting- patched-and-development-versions binaries of R-devel exist for windows and mac, etc., you'll have to search once you have R-devel running, do source("http://www.bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") biocLite("DEXSeq") On Wed, Sep 14, 2011 at 5:45 AM, Sulev Kõks <sulev.koks@ut.ee> wrote: > Dear Bioc users, > I try to install and use DEXSeq package, but no luck so far.
