Hi, Avoks. Are you asking about cross-platform analysis or about getting only the samples for a given platform when a GSE has multiple platforms? Hi, Avoks. This is handled automatically by getGEO(). If you do getGEO() with a GSE, the default is to return a list of ExpressionSets. The names for that list will include the GPL information, typically. If you have a specific GSE in mind, give getGEO() a try and let us know if you have more questions.
