Chuang, It seems that you have not installed the package BSgenome.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg17. To install it, please type the following in a R session. source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") biocLite("BSgenome.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg17") BTW, please cc bioconductor list so that others can benefit and contribute.
