Howdy yall. Does anyone know of an easy way of installing all of BioConductor, or at least a sizeable fraction? Obviously, I could iterate biocLite through a list of packages scraped from the BioConductor site, but I have to think there is a better way. Cheers and thanks, Yannick _____________________ Yannick Pouliot, PhD MBA Bioinformatics Specialist Butte/Kay Laboratories Division of Systems Medicine Stanford University School of Medicine ypouliot@stanford.edu [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
