Hi everybody, I would like to submit this "basic" problem. I want to use bioconductor via Rserver available in AWS. For that: ( following the link : http://www.bioconductor.org/help /bioconductor-cloud-ami) 1. I create an account in AWS. NO PROBLEM 2. I create a stack. NO PROBLEM 3. the created stack give me a link like this : http://ec2-50-19-156-119.compute-1.amazonaws.com:8787/ 4. this web page asks me user and password. Result: a windows labelled : R studio iniatilization error , with the message : Unable to establish connection with R session My configuration : Windows 7, Google chrome updated. No relevant information about that on the google world. Somebody has an idea or an alternative solution I need an UNIX platform with more power, my laptop is not enougth to Next-sequencing analysis !!! Thanks for your help. In other words, which link on http://bioconductor.org/help/bioconductor-cloud-ami/ did you click? I recommend starting with the link at the top of the page that says "start the AMI".
