I bet your house has been TP'ed as well. ;-D Anyway, it looks like you have some mixture of old and new packages. Try restarting R, and then library(BiocInstaller) biocLite(character(0)) # <- that's a zero BTW. and answer 'a' to the request to upgrade. If that doesn't help, let us know.
