I am working on a project = using the package "affy" to analyze Affymetrix data. I do not if this is = really a bug or not but it really minor problemgo. When run the = following command write.exprs(e,file=3D"mydata.txt") the firt row of the out put file seems not correct. The name of the = first column "ID" is replaced by the name of the second column, and = consequently, the name of the last column is "BLANK". My name is Zhong Guan at Yale = Univerisity. I am=20 working on a project using the package "affy" to analyze Affymetrix = data. I=20 do not if this is really a bug or not but it really minor = problemgo. When=20 run the following command

write.exprs(e,file=3D"mydata.txt")

the firt row of the out put file = seems not=20 correct. The name of the first column "ID" is replaced by the name = of the=20 second column, and consequently, the name of the last column is=20 "BLANK".
