Hi, Minor annoyance, the following command Update.packages2(develOK=TRUE) always updates dse and VR. I assume this is because they are both bundles. I am using R 1.9.0 and reposTools 1.4.1 Thanks Nicholas

I can replicate this, and it does seem to affect bundles. I'll take a look at this and get it fixed up.
