Dear all, The Genentech Bioinformatics department relies heavily on R for working with data. We need some assistance tightening up our low-level R-based infrastructure for processing sequencing and expression data. If you're a skilled R programmer (i.e., comfortable with S4, etc), like big data, and have some cycles to spare for contracting work, please send me an email with your CV.
