Hi, The Affybatch graphic functions such image, plot, hist, and boxplot are not working for me in 1.9.1. Should I be worried about any problems using this version with Bioconductor instead of 1.9.0? Has anyone even tried using the new version, successful or not? I assume that it's not a major upgrade of R because it's 1.9.1, not 2.0. I think I'll try using it and reporting any bugs, unless anyone recommends against it. I just checked, and image, hist and boxplot seem to be working fine for me, using R 1.9.1 and Bioconductor 1.4 on Windows...
