Hi everyone, I am analysing some MeDIP-seq data with the MEDIPS package. When calculating differential coverage, a "ratio" parameter needs to be chosen in case the "CNV" parameter is set to TRUE (which is my case, as I am comparing samples relative to different genotypes). Nevertheless, it seems that this choice is totally arbitrary and I was wondering if someone among the MEDIPS users might have a hint on how to set the ratio. Thanks.
