HELLO I am a student and I am trying to make my dissertation project which is referred to the statistical analysis of count gene expression data. I have applied other methods as well and now I am trying to apply the package edge R in order to find the truly differential expressed data . If I send you the data that I have, can you explain me how can I use the package because I try to read the guideline but I find it still difficult?
