Hello All, I'm running R version 1.9, and the affy package version I'm running is 1.4.32 ; affylmGUI version 1.2 I'm trying to follow the estrogen example with the afflmGUI, I've sucessfully loaded the CEL files and I'm now trying to create an intensity density plot. When I do so I get a litttle message popup box saying "Error in FUN(newX[,i],...): Wrong type for argument 2 in call to massdist" when i press ok I eventually get a window which is totally black. regards jake -- Jacob Hurst Phd Post-Doctoral Research Associate Bioinformatics Infectious Disease Queen Mary University of London
