Hi, I have been trying to install miRBase db using the following command in R 3.0.2. source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") biocLite("mirbase.db") But I am receiving the following error: Error in file (filename, "r", encoding = encoding): can not open connection In addition: Warning message: In file (filename, "r", encoding = encoding): can 'bioconductor.org' not dissolve > BiocLite () Error: Could function "biocLite" can not find I was wondering if there is problem to install the package.
