Hi, I am using WGCNA for gene expression based network construction and module detection. There are 18 modules present in my network but could not identify the module colors. Can it be possible to get the different colors assigned to each module? I think the knowledge of module colors is necessary for exporting the gene network and modules. Hi Amit, WGCNA isn't a Bioc package - it's on CRAN. You should post your question there, and make sure you cc the maintainer. Hi Amit, no need to CC the maintainer separately. Are your modules labeled by numbers? Numbers are just as good labels as colors. If you want to get colors from the labels, use the function labels2colors.
