Hello all, Any suggestions for a nice Venn diagram package in Bioconductor or elsewhere to accommodate 7 lists of genes? These gene lists were generated through edgeR and I ideally I would like to have an R solution. Thanks, Al [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi Al, You could have a look at the documentation of the 'vennerable' package at R-Forge. This discuses different approaches for visualizing Venn and Euler diagrams.
