I am having trouble with the qvalue package. When I type library(qvalue) I get the following error: "To open "rsession", you need to install X11. Would you like to install X11 now? X11 is no longer included with the OS X. Apple continues to support the development of X11 on OS X with the open source community. Clicking "continue" will take you to an Apple Knowledge Base Article which provides information about installing X11. thanks for any help. -- output of sessionInfo(): R version 3.1.0 (2014-04-10) Platform: x86_64-apple-darwin10.8.0 (64-bit) -- Sent via the guest posting facility at bioconductor.org.

In a nutshell you need to install XQuartz from http://xquartz.macosforge.org/landing/ , log out and log back in, and then you should be able to load qvalue.
