CAGEr - How to change plot axis range in CAGEr

Dear all, when using the functions > quantilePositions(cage.all, clusters = "tagClusters", qLow = 0.1, qUp = 0.9) > plotInterquantileWidth(cage.all, clusters = "tagClusters", tpmThreshold = 10, qLow = 0.1, qUp = 0.9) in the package CAGEr, I would like to adjust the range of the x-axis, which I believe is somehow set to a fixed 150 bp. If I was to change that to 100 bp for example, how would that work? Thank you very much for your help! Hi Tobias,

plotInterquantileWidth has a a xlim parameter that takes a pair of values representing the boundaries of the histogram to be plotted. In your case for instance, you would need to pass xlim = c(0,100).
