Dear all, 

I'm looking for an R package that allow one to compute random variance model (for microarray data analysis) as described here :

The only package that raise a search in bioconductor is the "anota" package, but this package seems dedicated to the analysis of translational activity, not for microarray analysis.

Any comments /feedback on this method is also welcome (usually, I'm using LIMMA's moderated t-test for microarray analysis, but I'd like to test the RVM methods also).
