I have Illumina "humanomni5exome-4v1-1_a" SNP chip idat files, but I don't believe I can/should use the existing "humanomni1quadv1bCrlmm" annotation package ... is there a way to build a custom CDF for it, given the annotation files available at: http://support.illumina.com/downloads/humanomni5exome-4-v1-1-product-files.html
