Hello,

  I am doing a project for aCGH+SNP analysis. So, I am stuck at a point and need some guidence.

The problem is:

As the project has been done by some other guy in past it was done on the agilent design file of Hg18.

but now it has been updated to Hg19 version.

So, can i procced with the Hg 19 design file for the project or should go for Hg18 design file only.

Need an answer as soon as possible.
