Hello all, I just installed limmaGUI and expected to import Agilent data but it seems to be GenPix is default and couldn't find how I can change it. I selected File>New then designate the directory I stored data but pop up window is the one for GenPix. Does anyone know how to import Agilent data using limmaGUI? Thanks! Hi, What version of limmaGUI are you using? Agilent format should be available as an option. limmaGUI tries to guess the data format based on the file extension and uses this guess to define the default radio button selection in the dialog, but then the user is responsible for selecting the correct radio button e.g. Spot, GenePix, ImaGene, Agilent and clicking OK. Hello James, Thank you for the reply. I use limmaGUI v1.3.6 with R v2.0.1. I put Agilent .txt file at working directory then selected File>New. Should I do anything else before doing that? Thank you for your help.
