Hi, I have created new intensities for a celfile and assigned them pm(abatch)[Index] <- new_values and would like to print out a new celfile containing these new values. I have looked thru the bioconductor archives and found that write.celfile has been deleted from the current versions. So there is no way to print out a new celfile from Bioconductor? to avoid confusion with real cel files we no longer provide functionality to create pseudo cel files. -r On Dec 28, 2004, at 6:44 PM, Lana Schaffer wrote: > Hi, > I have created new intensities for a celfile and assigned them > pm(abatch)[Index] <- new_values > and would like to print out a new celfile containing these new > values.
