Hi list, Could somebody tell me how (if it is possible) to read the data brought with Agilent data files (from Feature extraction software) about flags or other interesting fields ? I tried the read.Agilent() function from marray, but it just seems to be able to load the intensity data about fg and bg... wrong ? Thanks a lot BUHARD Olivier
