A function to do this was posted by Joel Malard http://files.protsuggest.org/biocond/html/6897.html In addition, you may be interested in this post by Gordon Smyth http://files.protsuggest.org/biocond/html/6372.html Hope this helps Giovanni At 02:39 AM 12/27/2004, you wrote: >Hi list, > >Could somebody tell me how (if it is possible) to read >the data brought with Agilent data files (from Feature >extraction software) about flags or other interesting >fields ? >I tried the read.Agilent() function from marray, but >it just seems to be able to load the intensity data >about fg and bg... wrong ? > >Thanks a lot > >BUHARD Olivier > >_______________________________________________ >Bioconductor mailing list >Bioconductor@stat.math.ethz.ch >https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioconductor
