Loading some .cel files via R affy package I get the following warning: ------> Cel file "filename" does not seem to be of HG-U133A type I konw that this file is of HG-U133B type and not of A one. In such a way can I make it recognised? What is the right library to download? I'm working under Suse 9.1 Linux distrib. This message would occur when you try to read a mixture of HG-U133A and HG-U133B cel files into a single AffyBatch. You need to read the two chip types into separate AffyBatches. You need to read the two chip types into two separate AffyBatches and then go from there.
