I am looking for reference manual for `rmr2` r package. I tried a lot to get any, but could not find. Can anyone please help me out.

As far as I'm aware, rmr2 is not a Bioconductor package. You'd be better off contacting the developers directly - just googling the package name indicates that there's a GitHub page, so that's a good place to start.
