Hello, Is it possible to find IDs of Affymetrix probes that map on a specific GenBank Accession Nr Clone? It does not work using aafSearchText("hgu133a", "GenBank", c(XXX)) of annaffy as not all genbank accession numbers are present in the hgu133a metadata file. Best regards, Katleen -- *dr. ir.
