how I can fix the following problem with package(limma) in R ??

You're using a version of Bioconductor that's two releases out of date. I would suggest that you install the latest release of R (3.2.2), install the latest version of Bioconductor (3.2) and then install the latest version of
limma
(3.26.3).Thanks dear Aaron Lun
I will try to install the latest version of R and bioconductor then loading package of limma..
