Hi ggbio mantainers/users, 

I was looking at the function plotRangesLinkedToData defined in the ggbio package. By default each sample is colored in a different color. I tried to color the samples (lines) according to a biological condition (as the plotDEXSeq function does) by passing the parameters 'color' and 'fill'. However this is not enough. Is it possible to color the samples as described above?
