Hi,
I wonder OmicCircos can deal with the chicken genome (galGal4) with 15,932 fragmented scaffolds? Furthermore, whether OmicCircos can build a genome-wide chromatin interactome identified by ChIA-PET (Chromatin Interaction Analysis with Paired-End Tag Sequencing) on the chicken genome (e.g. fig1)? Many thanks.
Best,
Gary
