I am trying to upload a 61824 row .csv data file into the web cellHTS2 program using the "Advanced File Importer" function and after I browse to find and upload my file the site will either not let me format the file, or proceed to the next step after formatting the file because which I have just uploaded will have vanished. Can anyone please help me figure out what is going on and how I can fix it?

I have also tried taking shorter portions of the file (as small as 3000 rows), changing the computer and browser that I am working on, and changing the file type (I have tried.txt, .xls, and .csv) to upload the data file and the same issue consistently happens.

First it is important to know that web cellHTS2 is an independent project from the Bioconductor cellHTS2 package. Therefore I cannot help you directly if the problem is due to the web cellHTS2 server (I'm not even sure who the admin is for web cellHTS2 right now). You could try using the base cellHTS2 package in R (which will require some scripting) to see if the data can be read in without error there. At the least this will hopefully give you back a meaningful error message.
