Hi,

I am using the instructions from A: Does BSgenome.Dmelanogaster.UCSC.dm2 mountain non-coding RNAs?  to make a GRange object form my TxDb.
I don't see annotation that is in my GFF file (transposable element) and also the numbers of some of the feature are different from those I get using grep on the GFF file.

Any ideas how can I fix that?
