Hi all,
Below is the experimental design, in which I would like to compare the treated vs the untreated group. However, the samples were from 2 origins. I wonder if it is possible to include the tissue effect in the comparison. Any suggestion is appreciated!
| sample | condition | tissue |
| s1 | untreated | lymph node |
| s2 | untreated | lymph node |
| s3 | untreated | lymph node |
| s4 | untreated | liver |
| s5 | untreated | liver |
| s6 | untreated | liver |
| s7 | treated | liver |
| s8 | treated | lymph node |
| s9 | treated | lymph node |
| s10 | treated | lymph node |

It's certainly possible to include a tissue effect. If you edit your question to show the code you're currently using, we can tell you how to add a tissue effect into that code.
