To whom it may concern: After installing the new R 2.0.1 version, the "help" button in limmaGUI no longer works. Certain features of the "Help" drop-down menu work, but when clicking on LimmaHelp in the drop-down menu nothing happens. I am wondering if perhaps the help files did not install properly and if there is a way to correct this error. Also, is there a new user's guide for the R 2.0.1 version and where may I access it?
