Dear all,
could anyone suggest some examples of R code displaying some very nice 3D plots (with colors, shapes) of the results coming from PCA analyses ? many thanks,

If you are planning to give to collaborators, I really like the htmlwidgets package from RStudio, in particular the threejs function, which is easy to add to your rmarkdown document.
Here is a nice tutorial: http://planspace.org/2013/02/03/pca-3d-visualization-and-clustering-in-r/
Or even here in Bioconductor support: PCA-3D Plot

That's a fascinating application of 3D printing in a scientific context. Using this technology to create custom lab equipment, models of molecular structures, or anatomical parts demonstrates its transformative potential beyond hobbyist use. The precision required in such fields underscores the importance of reliable, error-free design files. Whether for research or education, the quality of the digital model of 3D from here https://www.gambody.com/ dictates the success of the physical output. While scientific models are one branch, the entire ecosystem relies on robust digital standards, proving that from lab bench to desktop, 3D printing's value is built on a foundation of precise and trustworthy digital design.
